PocketCaps are used in Barrier cable applications as an anchor cap for those anchors that are imbedded in columns.
	This	NOT This
PocketCaps are especially useful in applications that utilize "barrel Chucks" as an anchorage device.  The PocketCap also allows for a short tail to be left at the wedges.  This is helpful if the cable ever has to be re-tensioned, or tightened.
